Follow the steps outlined in How do I place an order on Davidjones.com and select PayPal as your payment method. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalise your order. Once your order has been placed online you will receive two emails, one from PayPal to confirm your payment and one from David Jones to confirm the details of your order.
Once you've completed your order, it will already be progressing to the next stage, so it won't be possible to change it. Don't worry. If your purchase isn't quite what you expected, you can easily return or exchange your order in line with our convenient Returns Policy. If your order is click and collect you are able to cancel at anytime prior to collection, just contact the Customer Service Centre of your nominated store.
The easiest and fastest way to return or exchange an item purchased Online with PayPal is to return the item along with your Proof of Purchase included in your delivery, to your nearest David Jones store. Please note that a David Jones Returns Card will be issued for PayPal returns. You can visit our Return Policy page for more information.
