Our Price Promise is to offer competitive prices and match those of Australian and New Zealand retail stores and their online sites. Should you find a lower price for the same product elsewhere, we’ll happily match it provided that:

• the product is identical
• any offers made by David Jones in respect of the product are also identically available from our competitor
• the product is in stock at their store or on their website

Simply inform our friendly team members when making a purchase in store.

The David Jones Price Promise does not extend to stand-alone online retailers, auctions, fire or liquidation sales, rack, clearance, warehouse outlets, duty free stores and 3rd party membership discounts or benefits. Price matching is limited to stores in the same country.
