Hampers Do I have to be registered online? No. You are more than welcome to check out as a Guest Customer; however, registering will allow you to track your orders and save multiple addresses. Can I order multiple hampers to multiple delivery addresses? Yes. If you wish to send multiple hampers to different addresses, simply add each hamper individually and proceed to checkout. You will need to click on multiple deliveries in the delivery section to be able to enter each recipients address individually. What is the difference between the 'edit' and 'add' options in multiple deliveries? The ‘Add’ function will add multiple addresses to your checkout, while ‘Edit’ will change the address you are currently viewing, such as updating a postcode or suburb. If you are a registered customer, please ensure that you ‘Add’ for new addresses as ‘Edit’ will change your billing address. What happens when the recipient is not at their delivery address to collect the hamper If you have authorised an Unattended Delivery, your hamper will be left in your requested location at your recipient's address. If you have not selected an Unattended Delivery, your hamper will be taken to the Local Post Office for your recipient to collect at their convenience, within 10 business days. After 10 days the hamper is returned to the David Jones fulfilment centre and the Online Customer Service team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
