Yes, you can manage your account via the Latitude app. You will need to download the app;
On your mobile phone, find the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android™) icon. Then use the Search button at the bottom right (iPhone) or top right (Android) of the screen to look for the app. Select the app ‘Latitude’ and select Get (iPhone) or Install (Android).
You’ll need internet access to download and use the app. iPhone users must have at least iOS 14 or above. Android users must have at least Android 7.0/ Nougat or above.

The minimum credit limit on David Jones credit cards is $1000 for the Premiere card and $6,000 for the Prestige card. You can request a credit limit increase through the Latitude Service Centre

You can report your card as lost, stolen, or damaged through the Latitude Service Centre or on the Latitude App.

In the Latitude Service Centre click on the 'Manage Account' section select the associated account and go to 'Report Lost, Stolen or Damaged' and follow the prompts.

You can use the Latitude App to report your card as lost, stolen or damaged. Under the 'Support' section of the App, in 'Manage personal details you will see Report Lost, Stolen or Damaged.
