Simply add your items to your shopping bag, proceed to checkout and select Alipay as your payment method. You will then be taken to the Alipay page to complete your purchase.
Alipay cannot be used to purchase David Jones Gift Cards.
Yes, customers who shop with Alipay at David Jones will be charged in AUD, however Alipay users can expect to see the cost of their purchase reflected in RMB in their account linked to the Alipay app.

Once you've completed your order, it will already be progressing to the next stage, so it won't be possible to change it. Don't worry. If your purchase isn't quite what you expected, you can easily return or exchange your order in line with our convenient Returns Policy. If your order is click and collect you are able to cancel at anytime prior to collection, just contact the Customer Service Centre of your nominated store.
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Alipay purchase in-store or by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Please note that items purchased online using Alipay which are returned instore, will be refunded via a David Jones Gift Card
