To access your David Jones American Express Card Member benefits online at davidjones.com, you must be the Primary Card Member, have created an online account with David Jones, and be signed in to that account at the time of purchase. You must also have a valid email address on file with American Express, and this must be the same email address that you use to create your online account with David Jones. It will take approximately two weeks from setting up your online account to be able to access your benefits online. Any Additional Cards you have attached to your Card Account will not be able to access Card Member benefits online (such as Card Member offers, Complimentary standard delivery and Gift Wrapping), however they will continue to earn Reward Points online. Please note, we are no longer accepting applications for new David Jones Storecards.

1. To receive exclusive invitations and a complimentary copy of JONES Magazine, you must be opted in to receive marketing communications and continue to spend on your Card. Subject to availability.
2. Reward Points are governed by the David Jones Storecard and David Jones American Express Reward Points Terms and Conditions and exclusions apply. For full Terms and Conditions click here. The following merchants have been classified as major supermarkets: Bi-Lo, Coles, Fishers, Food For Less, Fresh Provisions, Harris Farm Markets, IGA, Macro Wholefoods, Safeway, Supabarn, Thomas Dux, Woolworths. The following merchants have been classified as major petrol stations: Ampol, BP, Caltex Woolworths, Gull, Metro, Peak, Safeway Petrol, Shell, United, Woolworths Petrol, 7 Eleven. Exceptions may apply if an individual merchant trading as one of the above named retailers does not accept American Express as a form of payment. Purchases at major supermarket & major petrol station retailers are only eligible for additional points if the transactions are made in Australia. Additional points for major supermarkets, petrol stations and foreign currency may not apply when you use a payment account, payment aggregator, services of a third party or online retailers that sell goods for another merchant. For example a payment made to a major supermarket processed through a payment aggregator may not earn the additional points. Exceptions may apply if individual retailers do not accept American Express as a form of payment. Reward Points are earned for every one Australian dollar spent on goods and services. Subject to your account being kept in good standing and not overdue.
3. 12 months interest free instalment plan. No Deposit, no interest with equal monthly payments for 12 months starting from your next statement. Available to David Jones American Express and David Jones Storecard Card Members where the amount purchased is $500 or more, in a single transaction. A $35 establishment fee will be applied to your next statement and an account keeping fee of $2.95 will be applied each month for each active payment plan.
   60 months interest free instalment plan. No Deposit, no interest with equal monthly payments for 60 months starting from your next statement. Available to David Jones American Express and David Jones Storecard Card Members where the amount purchased is $1,000 or more, in a single transaction. A $35 establishment fee will be applied to your next statement and an account keeping fee of $2.95 will be applied each month for each active payment plan.
   You agree that when you request an instalment credit option, part of your minimum payment will be applied to the credit plan monthly instalment. You understand that you may pay an amount or rate of interest greater than required under section 133BQ of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009. You may withdraw this request at any time. However, in doing so, you acknowledge and agree that American Express may terminate your credit plan and move the outstanding balance to your standard plan. 4. Subject to the David Jones Storecard and David Jones American Express Reward Points Terms and Conditions available at davidjones.com/rewardpoints. The redemption of points is subject to your account being kept in good standing and not overdue.
5. 3 Months Pay Later option is available to David Jones American Express and David Jones Storecard Card Members where the minimum spend is $50 or more, in a single transaction. This promotion is available across all departments with no deposit, no interest, or account keeping fees. Payment is deferred for a three month period, after which time the plan amount will be added to your standard balance for payment on your next statement. You may withdraw this request at any time, however, in doing so, you acknowledge and agree that American Express may terminate your credit plan and move the outstanding balance to your standard plan. 6. Receive complimentary express delivery to any address within Australia for goods purchased online with the David Jones American Express Card. Items must be under 25kg and no larger than 1m x 1m x 1.5m. Excludes gift cards, hampers and fresh food, Wine Club, Gift Registry purchases and large items. Refer to www.davidjones.com/delivery-choices for available delivery options offered by David Jones and all eligibility conditions. Delivery options may change during peak periods.
7. Available whenever you purchase using a David Jones American Express Card or David Jones Storecard instore or online at davidjones.com. Complimentary gift wrap services are not available for larger items and may be limited during peak periods.

9. The interest rate does not apply for Cash Advances and associated fees.
10. Additional Card Members must be 16 years of age or over. Additional Card Members were previously referred to as “Supplementary Card Members”. The Primary Card Member will be liable to pay for all transactions made by Additional Card Members.
11. You will have up to 44 days interest free on purchases provided you pay the full closing balance of your monthly statement by the due date each month. There is no interest free period on balance transfers or if you carry forward a balance from the previous statement period. The total of interest free days will depend on when you make the purchase and when your statement is issued.
12. Subject to the David Jones Storecard and David Jones American Express Rewards Points Terms and Conditions available at davidjones.com/rewardpoints. The amount of Rewards points required to purchase the item(s) is subject to change at any time. Minimum redemption rates apply. Only American Express Cards issued by American Express Australia Limited are eligible provided they are enrolled in the Membership Rewards program. The David Jones Storecard, Card Members enrolled in the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, Qantas American Express Cards, Velocity American Express Cards and Additional Card holders are not eligible for Shop with Points transactions. The Primary Card must be used to complete the purchase.
13. The David Jones Gift Card Benefit is only available to Card Members who opt into American Express Membership Reward Program. David Jones Gift Cards are not refundable, may not be exchanged for cash or credit and are valid for a period of 36 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
14. To transfer Reward points into an airline rewards or frequent guest partner program you must be a member of the partner program. Membership of the partner program is the Card Member's responsibility and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the applicable program. A joining fee may apply.
15. To use the App, you must be registered for Online Services. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google In.
16. Reward points may be redeemed by the Primary Card Member for a credit on the Primary Card Account. American Express may decline a Points for Credit request where the Card Account or Card Member's other accounts with American Express are not in good standing. The redemption of Points for Credit will be administered solely by American Express within 3 business days and cannot be reversed. Redeeming Points for Credit is not redeemable for for cash via credit balance refund.
17. Receive complimentary same day delivery to any address within the metropolitan Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney areas for goods purchased online with the David Jones American Express Platinum Card. Order online by 12pm to receive your item the same day in metropolitan areas. Evening, weekend and public holiday deliveries are currently unavailable. Receive complimentary express delivery to any regional address within Australia for goods purchased online with the David Jones American Express Platinum Card. Items must be under 25kg and no larger than 1m x 1m x 1.5m. Excludes gift cards, hampers and fresh food, Wine Club, Gift Registry purchases and large items. 18. Complimentary alterations are available on women’s and men’s apparel purchased instore at David Jones on the David Jones American Express Platinum Card. Offer excludes David Jones Bridal. Items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind once altered.
19. Entry into The American Express Lounge is governed by the full Terms and Conditions available at amex.com.au/airportlounge. All entrants must adhere to the General Conditions of Entry. David Jones American Express Platinum Card Members are entitled to a total of two (2) entries into the American Express Lounges in Australia per calendar year (1 January to 31 December). Complimentary access is available for the Card Member's children between the ages of 2-17. Card Members wishing to bring additional guests may be subject to a charge that is to be processed on the Card Member's American Express Card.
20. If your Card is lost or stolen, you must report it immediately. You can call American Express 24 hours a day. In Australia, call us on 1300 363 687. If you are overseas, report your lost or stolen Card to the nearest American Express Travel Service or Representative Office. Once you have notified us, you are not liable for any unauthorised charges.
21. Reward Points are earned and converted to Qantas Points in accordance with the David Jones Storecard and David Jones American Express Card Reward Points Terms and Conditions available at davidjones.com/rewardpoints and exclusions apply. For the David Jones American Express Card, 1 Reward Point = 0.5 Qantas Points. You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem Qantas Points, which are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions available at qantas.com/terms.
22. Complimentary shopping bag storage is available at the Customer Service Centre at David Jones stores. David Jones will not be liable for any theft or damage to your items stored via this service.
