How do I activate my David Jones Celebration Card?

Only physical Celebration Cards issued prior to March 2020 require activation prior to use.

All digital Celebration Cards are sent in an active state and can be used immediately.

For Physical Celebration Cards requiring activation, please contact David Jones Corporate Services by emailing corporate.services@davidjones.com.au or calling 1300 301 906.

What items can I buy on my David Jones Celebration Card?

You can purchase any merchandise or service instore and online. Please note: Your Celebration Card cannot be applied as a payment to an existing David Jones branded Credit Card or Store Card or be used to purchase David Jones Gift Cards.

How do I check the balance on my David Jones Celebration Card?

You can check the balance as follows:

Log in to view your balance and using your Celebration Card number and PIN
If you’re shopping with your Celebration Card Online, your balance will be displayed when you enter your Celebration Card details.

Will my David Jones Celebration Card expire?

No. You can continue to use your Celebration Card until your balance is reduced to zero.

How do I report my David Jones Celebration Card lost, stolen or damaged?

If your Celebration Card is lost, stolen or damaged, contact Corporate Services immediately on 1300 301 906, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm AEST. Please note: you are liable for any purchases made on your Celebration Card until it is reported lost or stolen.
