How much does it cost to book a virtual appointment?

There is no cost to you. Our virtual services are complimentary.

How do I join the video call with my Stylist or Beauty Expert?

Our team will send you a link to join the video call at the time of your appointment, please make sure you allow camera and microphone access on your mobile phone.

What days and times are appointments available?

Our team members are available at selected stores during store hours for virtual experiences, our website will show you all available dates and times.

Yes our Styling service is available for both women and men, covering all aspects of styling from your work wardrobe to off-duty staples and special events.

What information about myself do I need to provide?

When you book your virtual experience you will be asked to provide your contact details along with some additional information which will assist out Stylists and Beauty Experts to find the perfect products just for you.

How long will the virtual services appointment be?

Our Virtual Styling experiences for women and men run for 1 hour, whilst our Virtual Beauty experiences are 30mins long.
