PROFILE
A small farm production of Calvados that has run for 3 generations, in the heart of the Calvados Domfrontais Appellation d'Origine Controllee AOC area. Made with a minimum one third pears and apples for balance.

TASTING NOTES
The nose is full of stewed pear with little or no oak influence. The palate has excellent intensity with toffee apple and galangal on the finish. It is absolutely authentic, but also fruitier and rounder than younger Pays d'Auge Calvados that require more ageing.
