PROFILE
 
The PT crew steep the tastiest fresh strawberries they can find along with young ginger and hibiscus flowers (for colour) in a batch of Sydney Dry Gin. These ingredients impart their bright, lifted flavours and aromas and create the Gin's beautiful pink hue. Then, the late addition of intensified cardamom and cubeb (or "Java") pepper distillates to help elevate the delicate sweetness of the strawberry. Unlike many flavoured Gins, this is bone-dry--no sugar is added.
 
 
 
TASTING NOTES
 
Still a full flavoured gin with the subtle taste of Summer (Strawberry of course, Young ginger and Hibiscus Flower). Delicious as a GnT, a Rose Negroni or a strawberry Martini, this is a very versatile Gin!
 
Colour - Pale Pink, from the blush of the strawberry
Nose - Strawberry, hibiscus and young ginger
Palate - Bone dry, no sugar added, delicate flavour of fresh strawberry and hibiscus freshness
Finish - Clean & crisp, with a touch of spice from the ginger
