Liveliness (white fruit aromas combined with small red fruits) - A blend which emphasises the Chardonnay grape. From 40 selected villages in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims and other areas in the Champagne region where the liveliness and delicacy of the Chardonnay grape is enhanced by the climate.
Freshness (citrus fruit and white flower notes) - Initial fermentation maintained at low temperature (16°). Very slow foaming in a 30 meter deep cellar at a very low temperature (10°) to allow the formation of fine and elegant bubbles. Finesse (a very clean taste which never wanes on the palate) - In keeping with Pommery's style, the wine is meticulously clarified and racked at each stage of production to separate the lees from the wine. A dosage liqueur comprising only white Grands Crus incorporating all the properties of the different wines that go into this blend. A luxurious and modern Champagne - The blue colour of the labelling, which has come to symbolise the brand, provides a luxurious and modern touch in the Champagne world.
Tasting Notes Colour- Pale yellow with faint green highlights.
Nose- Lively and cheerful, fresh, light-hearted, fine, delicate and generous.
Palate- Elegant and lively. Small assertive notes of red fruits. A rounded, rich, delicate wine that lingers in the mouth. In short, a clean taste with no dryness. A very smooth wine which never wanes on the palate.
