How To Daily Face Wash: Lather onto a wet face, then rinse. Repeat morning and night. Spice of Life Body Wash: Massage all over the body, working into a rich lather. Rinse away with warm water. Can be used daily, either in the shower or bath.

SPF 50+ Face Moisturiser: Apply generously and evenly to clean, dry skin at least 20 minutes prior to exposure to the sun. Re-apply at least every 2 hours, and always after swimming or sweating.
