Tasting notes: Exotic " Lively " Rich Bold yellow with golden highlights. A volumptous palate combining creaminess and vibrancy. The captivating density of exotic fruits; pineapple and mango, the roundness of stone fruits; mirabelle plum and apricot and a slight hint of vanilla.

Food Pairing: Moët Nectar Impérial pairs well with rich foods and spicy flavours. Spicy Indian and Chinese dishes, salmon in sweet and sour sauce with sticky rice, veined blue cheeses and grilled pineapple and mango ginger pepper sorbet to finish off.
