An energetic champagne with autumnal aromas of roasted chestnuts, toasted buckwheat, rich nuts, honey and nougat. White fruit is revealed reminiscent of a beautifully ripe apple or pear. The palate is direct and energetic with a pleasant finish of white grapefruit bitterness.

Food Pairing:
A pairing with Grand Vintage 2013 begins with the choice of the main element of meat, fish or vegetables which provides substance in terms of texture and juiciness. The secondary ingredient should have warm toasted notes to echo the champagnes soft inviting style and finish off with introducing a hint of bitterness to bring out the notes of grapefruit.
