This Lark single malt is a marriage of first-fill ex-sherry casks from our Cambridge Distillery, finished in a combination of carefully selected Oloroso and PX Sherry Butts from Seppeltsfield in South Australia.

One of Lark¿s most beloved limited releases, our Sherry Sherry Release is bold yet balanced. Dried figs and glace orange slices on the nose give way to sticky sherry and sweet, spiced oak on the palate. The journey finishes with a long warm and woody finish reminiscent of dark chocolate and old saddle leather. Perfection in a glass.
