Guerlain Research rose to the challenge of this new sensory appeal by overcoming an obstacle: that oil and honey are not compatible. It needed to invent a formulation process that produced a unique texture following numerous tests: rich as an oil, light as water. The effective micro-beads containing Commiphora oil create a wonderful surprise upon application: they melt on contact with the skin until they disappear, leaving no greasy or sticky finish, absorbing fully and spreading perfectly.

This texture produces a contrasting sensory experience: on the one hand, the richness, creaminess and softness of a nourishing oil with no greasy effects; on the other, the lightness and freshness of a lotion with no stickiness.
