This champagne is made from the purest grape juice, which is the key ingredient that allows Maison Frerejean Frères to create "La Grande Réserve." It is a champagne of exceptional delicacy and lovely

smoothness:

• Aged for 4 years
• Malolactic fermentation
• Cellared since 2017
• Stored for a minimum of 6 months after disgorgement
• Low dosage Brut
• Terroir: Grand Cru, Premier Cru, and surrounding terroirs

50% CHARDONNAY

30% PINOT NOIR

20% PINOT MEUNIER

TASTING NOTES

TO THE EYE

It displays an intense golden hue with a bright appearance, characterised by the finesse of its bubbles.

ON THE NOSE

The aroma is direct and precise, initially offering notes of white flowers and dried fruits, which then give way to subtle pastry notes.

ON THE PALATE

It is both creamy and generous, marked by its roundness and structure. An aromatic burst of fresh mango and peaches, with floral acacia notes on the finish.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING

Ideal with a seafood platter, fresh oysters with a touch of celery juice, Parma ham, and assorted tapas.
