TASTING NOTES
Rare Dry Gin - Cinnamon and star anise add rich fruitcake notes. Tasmanian pepperberry adds warmth and the lemon myrtle replaces lemon peel. Whole fresh oranges.
Bloody Shiraz Gin - Pine forest notes, white pepper, spice. Red berry sweetness.
