Convivio is the fruit of the dialogue between Pritzker Prize winner David Chipperfield and Michelin-starred chef Pietro Leemann, whose different skills have come together in the conception of this collection. Pots, pans, frying pans and cooking utensils developed with the aim of creating a versatile, high-performance set to accompany food from preparation to serving on the table.

• Designed to maximise comfortable and agile use, the material used to make the handles not only ensures a good grip but also limits the transmission of heat from the body of the pan.
• The internally laser-etched graduated scale allows quick and intuitive use of the pan when preparing food.
• Suitable for cooking on gas, electric and ceramic induction hobs.

Cookware set includes:

• High cooking pot - Ideal for slow cooking and pasta, rice or soups. H: 17 cm, Diameter: 20 cm, Capacity: 5.7 L. 
• Casserole pot with two handles and lid - Ideal for braising, baking, roasting and stewing. H: 10cm, Diameter: 20 cm, Capacity: 3.1 L.
• Low casserole pot with two handles and lid - Ideal for every recipe and can also go in the oven. H: 6.5 cm, Diameter: 24 cm, Capacity: 2.7 L.
• Saucepan - perfect for gravy and sauces. H: 9cm, Diameter: 16c, Capacity: 1.8 L

Cleaning: Wash with a sponge, warm water and washing-up liquid, rinse under running water and dry thoroughly. Do not use metal scouring pads. Although the pans are dishwasher safe at a low-temperature, hand washing is recommended.

Materials: Satin-finish Tri-ply (AISI 430, aluminium, 18/10 stainless steel). 18/10 stainless steel handle with PVD coating. Magnetic steel bottom.
