Pale straw in colour with youthful green tints and a brilliant clarity, this predominantly Skilly Valley sourced cuvee features the fresh flavours of green apples and oriental pears, perfectly balanced by its cool climate acidity and hints of naturally retained grape sugars.

TASTING NOTES
A richly focussed and lifted nose, chock full of green apples, squeezed limes and cinnamon spices, the palate combines the extroverted flavours of green apples, lime juice and oriental pears, with crisp acidity and the textural interest of natural grape sugars in a balanced and persistent finish.
