Hot and Cold Packs are perfect for keeping food and drinks cool in lunchboxes. They also are handy for all kinds of bumps and bruises that little people can receive. These are dual purpose and can also be used as a heat pack. Our Hot and Cold Pack is reuseable, non-toxic and hypo-allergenic.

- Hot Pack Instructions: Submerge in hot water for 5-7 minutes. Do not boil the water, do not microwave.

- Cold Pack Instructions:Store in fridge or place in the freezer for 45-60 minutes. Do not leave in the freezer permanently.
