PROFILE
Hither & Yon is a family business, managed by sibling duo Malcolm and Richard Leask. Their aim is very simple: to respect the family¿s hard work and leave the land in an even better state for the next generation of Leask¿s. They intend to achieve this by ensuring sustainable grape growing, with wines essentially made in the family vineyards by McLaren Vale¿s amazing geology and maritime influence. Every year they try to discover the best place where the variety & vineyard environment have conjured something above & beyond expectations, then they respect the prized fruit by allowing it to express itself, pure & natural.

TASTING NOTES
Cherry red colour with a purple rim. Aromas of spearmint, red jubes, coconut spice and tart fruit. The palate really pops with raspberry, pomegranate, vanilla and rhubarb compote. Medium fruit weight, quite soft; with a round mouth feel. Nice balance between red fruit, allspice, minty herbs, and natural acidity, fine tannins.
