Hand picked and sorted, 20% whole bunches, 18 days on skins. Matured on fine lees in new and used casks for 9 months. Gravity at all stages. A mild season with a lovely aromatics, plumpness, charm and fine tannins. Quite fine and composed, good natural acidity.
