You can join David Jones Rewards online at www.davidjones.com by creating an online profile and opting in to receive emails from David Jones, or by providing your email address instore. David Jones Rewards is free to join. Is there a physical membership card? No. David Jones Rewards is a mobile based program where you are assigned a Membership Barcode via email which you can save to your Apple/Android wallet or the Stocard app. Once you have saved your Membership Barcode, you can scan it at each purchase at the point of sale instore to redeem your personalsed offers. When shopping online you must be logged in to your David Jones online account for offers to be redeemed. I already receive David Jones emails, does this mean I’m part of David Jones Rewards? Yes. If you are currently receiving David Jones emails, you will automatically be a member of David Jones Rewards. Make sure you create an online profile and update your details including your birthday, so we can send you a special birthday reward! If I have a David Jones Storecard can I sign up for David Jones Rewards? Yes! If you are not currently receiving emails from David Jones, you can sign up to David Jones Rewards instore or by creating an online profile at www.davidjones.com. What if my personal details change? My Rewards & Exclusive Offers How do I redeem my Welcome/Birthday Rewards? These rewards may be redeemed both instore and online. To redeem your rewards instore, present the reward barcode at the point of sale. To redeem online, sign up/login to your online profile, select ‘Redeem David Jones Rewards’ option at the checkout and enter the Reward Number and the PIN. How long are Welcome/Birthday Rewards valid for? These rewards are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise. Can I extend the expiry date of my Birthday/Welcome rewards? No, unfortunately. These rewards come with set expiry dates which cannot be extended. Can I use my Welcome/Birthday Rewards outside of Australia? No, these rewards are only valid for use in stores across Australia or online at www.davidjones.com on orders with an Australian delivery address. How do I redeem my exclusive offers? These offers may be redeemed both instore and online. To redeem your offer instore, present your Membership Barcode at the point of sale. To redeem your offer online, login to your online profile at www.davidjones.com and it will automatically apply at the checkout. Can I use my David Jones Reward when making a split payment transaction online? Yes. You will have the option to split payment by using a Credit Card to pay any outstanding amount on the order. Please note David Jones Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with Afterpay, PayPal or Alipay. Why have I not received any exclusive offers lately? Your Membership Barcode & Mobile Functionality How do I save my Membership Barcode to my mobile phone? Using the Apple wallet, Android wallet or Stocard icons in any David Jones Rewards email, you can save your Membership Barcode to either the Apple wallet, Android wallet or Stocard app on your mobile phone. Every time you make a purchase instore you can simply scan your Membership Barcode directly from your mobile phone. What if I can’t save my Membership Barcode to my mobile phone? Don’t worry! Simply present any David Jones Rewards email which includes your Membership Barcode and we can scan it directly from your mobile phone or a print out. What if I don’t have a mobile phone?
