Profile 
Cha¿teau Belleverne's vines grow on siliceous clay on gentle slopes. Whole grapes, sourced from a single domaine, are put through carbonic maceration - the process by which Beaujolais wines are traditionally made.

Cha¿teau de Belleverne Beaujolais Villages has a fresh, herbaceous core and is wonderful matched with strongly flavoured, savoury dishes such as dried meats, liver & onions and mature hard cheeses. Or enjoyed lightly chilled as an aperitif. 

Tasting notes
Very fresh, delicate style. Appealing aromas of crushed strawberries and autumn leaves with herby, savoury layers.
