This Spicy Green Tomato Relish is a delicate balance of sweet and sour with a touch of tartness. The heat will warm you mouth nicely but not blow your head off. We grow many of the green tomatoes ourselves, personally handpicking the best of the bunch while they are still crunchy and bright.
