Measurements - Every Vitamix container is clearly marked with milliliter and cup measurements. Even the the lid plug has a 30 ml measurement line. Hot Soup - The blades in the Vitamix container reach speeds fast enough to create friction heat, bringing cold ingredients to steaming hot in about six minutes.
