High quality Chablis that sits just under the radar. Laffay has 7 hectares under vine and these are spread across multiple appleations. Old vines here are 40 to 50 years old. Wild yeasts and no intervention unless needed. Stainless steel resting and ferments coupled with the above create Chablis of classicism and interest. PWS
