Our wines express the place where it started and the uniqueness that comes from individual sites. Each wine is made from grapes picked from a single vineyard, and every bottle becomes a reflection of that one individual location - a story of site, soil and season. We source fruit from 10 vineyards across the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley including our own NASAA Certified Organic Adelaide Hills property, named Arranmore. Our winemaking philosophy is simple: preserve what the vineyard grew and create balance and harmony, allowing the vineyard shine. CRFT WINES

Made by Candice and Frew at the CRFT winery in Carey Gully. Harvested on 26th February 2024. Whole-bunch pressed to tank then transferred to older seasoned (neutral) French barriques for barrel fermentation on full solids. 100% wild yeast ferment. Full wild MLF and regular lees stirring. Approx. 2 months in barrel. The colour sparkles like a fancy light-yellow diamond. Citrus flowers, hops, and apricots and cream jelly lollies are lifted on the nose. The palate is linear, direct and has a crackle and pop again this year! This could be a signature of the vineyard. WINERY NOTES
