Sculpt, groom, and tint brows for long-wearing, natural definition. Featuring a micro-fine, angled spoolie designed to glide seamlessly through the brow, the high-pigment, yet subtle tint defines without feeling stiff or greasy. Star Anise Fruit Extract conditions brow hairs for a soft to the touch finish.
Vegan. Gluten, paraben and nut free.
How to Use:
Apply to brows from the base of the brow to the tail, working in an upwards and outwards direction towards the temple. If needed, flatten the tips of the brow hair to align with the top edge of the brow. Remember, when reloading your spoolie to wipe the wand around the edges of the tube and do not pump the wand in and out of the tube -this will add air into the tube and cause the product to dry out over time.
Pro Tip: Keep brows looking natural and clean by applying All Set Clear Eyebrow Gel after defining brows.
