The history of Brigatti¿s estate began in the early 1900s when Alessandro Brigatti, Francesco¿s grandfather, the current proprietor, started to plant some vines to complement the cultivation of cereals

The great passion for wine was the driver that fostered Alessandro to start searching for a suitable plot of land to plant his own vineyard. During his quest he came across a gently rolling hill, exposed to the south and with a soil rich in clay.

Erbaluce is the variety here, providing a beautiful dreink. Herbal and fruity at the same time with florals and spice jumping from the glass. Framed by tart stonefruit it delicious, refreshing & vibrant with plenty of depth and texture. PWS

The particularly strong and intense perceptions detectable both on the nose and at the palate have made wine makers and customers alike addressing this wine as the ¿reddest of all whites¿. Mottobello is a single varietal white wine with a great balance between acidity and mineral notes that make it outstanding as aperitivo time outs as well as an ideal pairing with a vast array of white meat and fish or sea food-based dishes.
