Limeburners has gained international recognition from the success at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in London including a medal haul of Silver Oustanding, Silver and Bronze Medals. This complex and elegant single malt whisky is distilled in traditional small batch copper pot stills from local barley. This whisky is matured in second fill bourbon barrels and finished in an Australian sherry cask.
TASTING NOTES
Exhibiting spice and fruit aromas when neat, a splash of water unleashes malted barley, aromas of sherry and vanilla with hints of honey, raisins and buttery caramel. Limeburners Sherry is a medium coloured whisky with intense and complex flavours, a full taste and a smooth finish.
