DIRECTIONS:
AM Apply this sunscreen liberally and evenly to dry exposed skin 20 minutes prior to sun exposure. Reapply every 4 hours and immediately after swimming, exercising, or toweling dry. Don't forget to apply to the ears (including behind them) and your lips. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and wear protective clothing, hat, and sunglasses.
