And simply set your steaming temperature to unlock silky microfoam.

Dial in your espresso grind with brew pressure manometer: Real time feedback on extraction pressure gives insight into your grind and puck preparation - so you can expertly dial in your espresso.

Continuous shots and less mess with 3-Way Solenoid Valve: Our 3-Way solenoid valve delivers a dry puck post extraction allowing continuous shots one after the other without mess. A precise OPV limits pressure to no higher than 9 BAR to reduce bitter coffee production.
