Pure essential oil blend of Lemon, lime, peppermint & Lavender. A relieving blend of 100% pure Lavender, Peppermint, Lemon, and Lime essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with headaches such as a throbbing head, tenderness of the scalp, sinusitis, nausea, nervous tension and sleeplessness.

METHODS OF USE:

VAPORISE: 6 - 9 drops to water in Diffuser.

MASSAGE: 6 drops to 12ml of massage base oil and massage over body.

SPRITZ: 6 drops in 100ml Spritz bottle of water and spray surrounding air avoiding eye area.
