LA STANZA DELLO SCIROCCO Basket - Black
This holder, designed by Marco Trimarchi, is part of the "La Stanza dello Scirocco' range of items suitable for different rooms, such as the kitchen and the living room.
Born out of the abstract and motionless atmosphere of a magic place: a room in Sicily where most of people are forced to seek shelter from the sultriness while waiting for the scirocco (hot wind) to die down. It is a room without windows in which you can do nothing but ponder the wind that is undoing all sublunary things outside. The upshot is a collection of geometrically irregular items made up of small splinters of various sizes, interlaced in an unstable balance.

Made in 18/10 Stainless Steel coated with epoxy resin.
