An Update From Australia Post

To protect frontline workers, Australia Post has made the decision to remove signature on delivery, effective immediately.

At the current time, Australia Post drivers and posties are also changing the way they deliver parcels, standing further back from front doors of homes and asking residents if they've been in contact with anybody confirmed to have the COVID-19 virus, or are in self-isolation.

Standard Delivery

Delivery & Handling Fees - $10

National delivery within 5-9 business days. Regional areas may take longer. Enjoy free standard delivery when you spend $50 or more for a limited time.

*Please note, any parcel weighing over 16 kilograms will be delivered to a post office.

Parcel Pick-Up

Did you know you can nominate an Australia Post parcel pick up location as your delivery address for a self-service parcel collection. Accessible 24/7 at more than 140 Australia Post locations across Australia.

The delivery charge will be applied according to
the delivery method you nominate.

Metro Same Day

Weekdays - Order by 12pm for delivery by 6pm.
Evening - Order by 3pm for delivery between 6pm-9pm.
Saturday - Order by 10am for delivery by 6pm.

National Express

Delivery & Handling Fees - $12

Order by 4pm AEDT Monday-Friday for next business day delivery in National Metropolitan areas. Regional areas may take longer.

Gift Card

Delivery & Handling Fees - $5

National delivery within 3-7 business days. Regional areas may take longer.

Standard Bulky

Calculated at Checkout

TVs, Furniture, Beds and Large Appliances are delivered direct from the vendor. A representative will be in contact after you place your order to organise a delivery date and time to suit you. The delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the item/s, plus the delivery location.
Any delivery of beds, furniture, or electrical appliances may include drop off in a single room only – as currently some delivery companies are not providing installation, set up, or removal of old product services. For more information, please call us on 1800 354 663.

Sustainable Packaging

We are currently trialling new sustainable packaging for online orders. You may receive your order packed with new recycled materials inside the box or satchel.
