Interview Process

Your career path with David Jones is as individual as you.

The interview process gives us a chance to better understand our short listed candidates. Through consultation with Human Resources, we will conduct a series of interviews and meetings to best determine your fit to the role and to David Jones.

This is also a chance for you to meet us, so be prepared and come with any questions you might have. We are looking for as many unique personalities as we have roles, so be yourself.

Our interview process differs depending on the nature and level of the position.

In all interviews you will be provided with an overview of the position you have applied for, the team environment as well as training, development and career opportunities with David Jones.

We are also keen to understand your career aspirations and how you are planning to bring the David Jones vision to life.
