Are you a new Card Member? Then it’s time to activate your Credit Card and get started.

The easiest way to activate your Credit Card is via the Amex app¹⁵ or website. You can also register your American Express Online Account at the same time.

Alternatively, you can activate your Credit Card by calling the number printed on the activation sticker on the front of your new Credit Card.

Set up your David Jones Online Profile

To access all the exclusive benefits of your Credit Card like Card Member offers and presales¹, complimentary gift wrapping⁷ and delivery⁶, follow these simple steps:

Head over to www.davidjones.com
Click Sign Up in the top right hand corner.
Create an online profile by completing the required fields. The email address on file with American Express, must be used to set up the David Jones online profile.

Earn and Redeem points²

Simply start using your Credit Card for everyday spend to begin earning points and build your balance. As part of the Membership Rewards⁴ program, you can use your points to redeem for the things you love, such as:
