The David Jones App

The David Jones App is our new launched mobile app available on iOS and Android that allows you to shop and explore the world of David Jones from your device.

The David Jones app can be downloaded from:

• Apple App Store for IOS devices
• Google Play Store for Android devices

The David Jones App gives you access to the world of David Jones from any device.

Use the barcode scanner when shopping in store to look-up any items available online and view sizing, availability and delivery information easily.

Receive push notifications straight to your device when new offers, brands and collections launch.

Track all orders placed through the app and our website, plus conveniently access recent online order information, including proof of purchase details.

Sign-In
If you already have a David Jones online account that you use to shop via our website, use the same account credentials to sign in to your account on the David Jones App. If you have a linked David Jones Credit Card or are a David Jones Rewards member, the app will recognise this after signing in.

Sign-Up
If you don’t already have a David Jones online account, you can create a new account once you download the David Jones App. This account can also be used on our website.

Browse as a Guest
You can also shop and explore the David Jones App without an account, simply choose to browse as a Guest.

Delete Account
If you need to delete your David Jones account, this can be done within the David Jones App by navigating to Account > Delete My Account. By deleting your account, you will lose all your order history, access to rewards, preferences and more.

Push Notifications
You can opt-in or opt-out of receiving push notifications from the David Jones App as required. This can be done by navigating to Account > Notifications and enabling or disabling push notifications. When downloading the app, you’ll be prompted to enable push notifications. A sample notification with a welcome offer will appear as an example, showing you what to expect. Barcode Scanner
The barcode scanner is located in the search bar and can be used to look-up any items available online. Use it to view sizing, availability and delivery information for items, as well as curating your Wishlist.
The first time you use the barcode scanner, you’ll be promoted to enable device camera permissions. Without camera permission enabled, the barcode scanner can read the barcode and display the corresponding item.

Gift Cards and Promotional Codes
You can use David Jones Gift Cards and apply Promotional Codes during checkout in the app in the same way you do on our website.

Gift Registry
Gift Registry is currently only available on the website, but will be added to the David Jones App in the future.
